"Buckle up. It is a hard crown to wear, but you'll be all right. Just stay focused. Take a deep breath, you'll get through it," Krasinski tells PEOPLE exclusively. The actor was PEOPLE's 2024 Sexiest Man Alive cover star. Julian Ungano Krasinski also opened up about his children's newfound friendship withFountain of YouthdirectorGuy Ritchie. "Who's not obsessed with Guy? I don't know. I mean, he's got a heck of an accent," Krasinski tells PEOPLE exclusively. The actor continued, "He's so gregarious. He's got the best vibe. He's the nicest, sweetest, calmest person, and he talks to them like adults, and so he wasn't talking to them like kids. He was asking 'em what they wanted to eat and did they want him to cook for them and all that stuff, and they just thought they were in the movie. I think they thought this was their big break." Krasinskishares daughters Hazel, 11, and Violet, 8, with wifeEmily Blunt. The Officealum then elaborated on his experience working with Ritchie, 56. "I mean, for me, I would do anything for Guy. I would've been a waiter in his movie. So to have him ask me to be the lead in the movie withNatalie Portman, I was like, it's the easiest yes I've ever given," Krasinski said.
