The 26-year-old Georgia native was taken into custody by the Tennessee Highway Patrol after being pulled over on Interstate 40 at mile marker 229. The singer was charged with reckless driving and having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle, and he posted a $1,000 bond and was released at approximately 4:34 a.m. on Thursday, May 22,The Tennesseeanreported, citing the Wilson County Sheriff's Office. Brown, 36, posted an Instagram photo of himself as he deplaned from a private jet on Thursday, May 22. "Cook, remain humble. ❤️," he captioned the post. The singer received thousands of comments, including one from Bieber, 31, who wrote, "welcome home. " At the time of publication, Bieber's comment received over 16,400 likes. Brown and Bieber previously worked together on their 2011 collaboration, "Next to You" and once more in 2019, on "Don't Check on Me" with Ink. Instagram The Thursday, May 22, comment followsBieber's previous praise and support of Brown. In 2019, he suggested that Brown was a combination ofMichael JacksonandTupac Shakur.
